I love hummus! and I loved this Hungry Girl recipe that's a flavorful and low fat.
1 can artichoke hearts in water, drained, keep liquids 1 can chickpeas, drained 1/4 cup liquids from artichokes 2 tbs tahini 1 tbs lemon juice 2 cloves crushed garlic 1/4 tsp cumin 1/4 tsp paprika salt and pepper to taste
Put all ingredients in the blender and blend away! Refrigerate before serving.
